Terms of Service

Providerian is a business-to-business (B2B) social media marketing (SMM) services panel for resellers, agencies and content creators. Our catalogue is organised by platform and brings together the core growth and engagement services of today's major social, video, streaming and messaging platforms in one place:

• The exact services, prices, minimum and maximum quantities and delivery details for each platform are listed in the service catalogue in your panel. The catalogue changes over time: services may be added, paused or removed at any time, so a platform or service type described here may not be available at every moment.
• Orders are placed through the panel or through the reseller API (API v2). Delivery is automated and typically starts within minutes. Start times, delivery speeds and durations shown on the Service are estimates, not guarantees.
• You must provide public, valid links or targets. Private, deleted, age-restricted, region-locked or otherwise inaccessible targets cannot be delivered; if a target becomes inaccessible during delivery, the order may stop and the undelivered part is refunded to your balance as described in the Refund Policy.

• Registration requires approval by an administrator. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and your API key secret and for all activity carried out with them. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.
• We may suspend or close an account in case of abuse, fraud, chargebacks, illegal use or a breach of these Terms.

• All prices and balances are in US dollars (USD). Orders are paid from a prepaid balance.
• You top up your balance in advance ("add funds") by card or by cryptocurrency. Card payments are processed by Stripe through a secure embedded checkout; card data is entered with Stripe and never reaches Providerian's servers. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by Cryptomus.
• The minimum top-up is 10 USD. A payment method fee may apply; if so, it is shown before you pay. The fee is charged by the payment method and is not credited to your balance.
• The price of an order is deducted from your balance when the order is placed. Prices may change at any time; the price shown when you place an order applies to that order.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service:

• for targets that contain or promote illegal content, or in connection with any illegal activity;
• to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person;
• to commit fraud, to launder money or with stolen payment methods;
• to interfere with, overload or attack the Service or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.
• You are solely responsible for the links and targets you submit and for complying with the terms of the platforms concerned (such as Instagram, YouTube and Kick). You use the Service with respect to those platforms at your own risk; any action taken by a platform against an account or content is not our responsibility.

Providerian is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Kick or any other platform. All trademarks, logos and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the services offered.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, pause or remove services, change prices, minimum and maximum quantities and delivery methods, or perform maintenance at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed, except where a service can no longer be delivered, in which case the undelivered part is refunded to your balance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Providerian is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, revenue, data or reputation, or for actions taken by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or to protect the Service, our payment providers or other users. Handling of any remaining balance is described in the Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
